Goals

Transform by forgiving those who have hurt you

This meditation is about breaking free from the grip of resentment. You bring to mind someone you have a tense relationship with—not to forgive them completely, but to start letting go of how those old conflicts hold you back.

Instead of seeing this person as a source of pain, you begin to see them as a chance to heal. Gradually, this practice dissolves that tension, helping you move forward without carrying the weight of the past.

In letting go, you begin to realize that no one has been in your way more than yourself.
